The General Body meetings of the Washington, D.C. Regional Planning Commission on Health and HIV (COHAH) are the main meetings where the mayoral appointed Commissioners, government partners and community stakeholders come together to conduct regional community planning for HIV prevention and care services in the federally defined Washington, DC Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA). Together as partners, we strive to increase collaboration, efficiency and innovation to achieve a more coordinated response to the HIV continuum of services.
The Washington, D.C. Regional Planning Commission on Health and HIV (COHAH) will invigorate planning for HIV prevention and care programs that will demonstrate effectiveness, innovation, accountability, and responsiveness to our community.
