DOH Closed for Professional Meeting

On Thursday, October, 8, 2015, the District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH), including the Health Professionals Licensing Office will be CLOSED at 12 noon in order to allow for team members to participate in a professional development meeting. The Vital Records office will be CLOSED ALL DAY. All DOH offices will promptly re-open for business on Friday, October 9, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
