We are pleased to announce that the portal for Healthcare Facilities licensing is now fully functional. The system will allow you to manage your licenses for health facilities with greater ease and efficiency. Current licensees are now able to access their existing licenses and apply for renewals and changes, including Change of Ownership. The portal is also open to apply for a new license for a health facility.

Please be advised that, effective May 3, 2023, the Office of Health Facilities will no longer accept paper applications. Paper applications submitted to the Office of Health Facilities on or before May 3, 2023, will be processed without delay.

All future licensing requests for existing and new providers, as well as payment, will be received through this portal.
