Description

Leon Brown is wanted for First Degree Sexual Assault for the abduction and rape of a female, which occured on April 30, 2004, at approximately 3:30 am. The victim was picked up at the intersection of 13th and KStreets, NW, and taken to Arlington, Virginia, where the crime occurred. Brown is described as a 23-yearold black male (DOB 5/3/1981), with black hair and brown eyes, who stands 6’0” tall, and weighs 170 pounds. Brown may be operating a black 1999 Mazda 626 bearing Virginia tags, XZZ 3553 or a metallic 
black Infiniti. Brown is wanted on Arlington Co. Warrant #545830767 (Strongarm Rape). The subject should be considered armed and dangerous. Use extreme caution. Special attention should begiven to areas where prostitution is known to occur. The case is under investigation by members of the MPDC’s Prostitution Enforcement Unit as well as the
Arlington County PD.
