Description

On Tuesday, September 14, 2004, at approximately 5:20 am, Hakim Beale, also known as Michael Bailey, was shot to death in the 6th & I Streets, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident. The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
