Beginning Friday, February 23, 2024, DC Health will be moving from 899 North Capitol Street NE, Washington, DC 20002, to 2201 Shannon Place SE, Washington, DC 20020.

Vital Records Division: In order to facilitate this move, the Vital Records Division at 899 North Capitol Street NE will be closed to the public after 4:45 pm. on Thursday, February 22, 2024. The office will resume operation at the 2201 Shannon Place SE location at 8:15 am on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Licensing/Processing Center: On February 23, 2024, the Processing Center at 899 North Capitol Street NE will be closed to the public. On Tuesday, February 27, 2024, the Processing Center will resume the WALK-IN Customer Service Center hours of Monday-Friday 9 am - 1 pm, and Wednesday 9 am - 3:30 pm at the 2201 Shannon Place SE location.
