NOTICE OF INFORMATION HEARING
Pursuant to D.C. Official Code §§ 44-406(b)(2) and (b)(4), the District of Columbia State Health Planning and Development Agency ("SHPDA") will hold an information hearing on the Certificate of Need Applications of
- National Harborside SNF Operations LLC and 4601 MLK Ave SNF Operations LLC (CON No. 2025-8-05) for the acquisition of DCA Hadley SNF, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation National Harbor.
- National Harborside LTAC Operations LLC and 4601 MLK Ave SNF Operations LLC (CON 2025-8-06) for the acquisition of DCA Hadley LTAC, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Hospital National Harbor.
- Capitol Hill LTAC Operations LLC (CON 2025-6-04) for the acquisition of DCA Capitol Hill LTAC, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Hospital Capitol Hill.
- Capitol Hill SNF Operations LLC (CON 2025-6-05) for the acquisition of DCA Capitol Hill SNF, LLC d/b/a BridgePoint Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Capitol Hill.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. using WebEx Conferencing. Please send an email to [email protected] to register for the Information Hearing and receive a link to WebEx Conferencing.
The hearing will include a presentation by the aforementioned Applicants describing their plans and addressing the certifications required pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 44-406(b). The hearing will also include an opportunity for affected and interested persons to testify. Each member of the public who wishes to testify must register in advance of the information hearing and will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes.
