Anderson, Francyne O.* (M.D.) (7/11/11) - The physician’s license was summarily suspended based on allegations/investigation of inappropriate over-prescribing of controlled substances and possible diversion.

Gaviria, Maria C.* (M.D.) (12/29/11) – The physician’s license was placed on probation for 1 year retroactive to 3/1/11, and was assessed a fine, based on an action by another jurisdiction for internet prescribing.
