Chiropractic Board Policies

DC Board of Chiropractic Policy Statements  are intended to aide healthcare practitioners in the practice of their profession, the public when interacting with health care professionals, and Board staff when  processing licenses, complaints or performing enforcement responsibilities.  Policy statements are meant to assist in the administration or application of law or regulations.

Below is a list of the current Board of Chiropractic policies:

  1. Policy on Jurisprudence Exam Retake
  2. Policy on Preceptorships
  3. Policy on Temporary Supervised Practice for Pending Applicants
  4. Policy on Marketing and Advertising

Until the Board promulgates regulations for a policy or guideline, the statement or guideline is a directive in nature and not mandatory.
