Health facility inspection reports are generated for annual, recertification, and complaint inspections of licensed and/or certified health care facilities in the District. These reports include deficiencies identified by DC Health, as well as a corrective action plans from the facilities that address any identified issues. Inspection reports reflect a snapshot in time and are not necessarily a reflection of long-term or ongoing conditions at a facility.
