2006 DOH Function Clair Act: To amend the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2001 to authorize the Department of Health to conduct inspections of all places of employment and enclosed public places in the District of Columbia to ensure the absence of smoking, to define the conditions and penalties for a violation of this requirement, and to provide for employee rights and protections.
