As of March 1, 2011, the Health Professional Licensing Administration (HPLA) is moving.

As of March 1, 2011, the Health Professional Licensing Administration (HPLA) is moving. All processing of licensure applications and renewals, all current files of licensee data, and all HPLA Board meetings will be held at this location:
