(Washington, DC) – Due to a move, the DC Department of Health (DOH) announced today that its Vital Records division, located at 899 North Capitol Street, NE, will be closed on Friday, December 17.  Birth and death certificates will be available again when the office reopens on Monday, December 20, at 8:30 am for normal business hours.
