On Thursday, April 1, 2004, at approximately 10:20 pm, Ryan “Ali” Brown was shot to death at the intersection of 3rd and U Streets, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident. The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
