In addition to the regulations below which focuses on the vending unit and other areas as regulated by the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), to fully understand food safety while operating as a mobile food vendor, it is important to review and understand Chapters 25, 26, and 37 of  DCMR Title 25-A Food and Food Operations.
