Plan Review

All new construction and/or major renovations to a food establishment or hygiene facility will require a building permit. To obtain a building permit, you must log onto Department of Buildings (DOB) website and obtain an application. All construction plans are to be submitted through DOB via ProjectDox. After completing the building permit application, you will need to complete the DC Health Plan Review Guidance Packet. The DC Health Plan Review Guidance packet is to be submitted via ProjectDox.
