Health facility inspection reports are generated for both annual and complaint inspections of licensed health care facilities in the District. These reports include deficiencies identified by DC Health, as well as a corrective action plans from the facilities that address any identified issues. Inspection reports reflect a snapshot in time and are not necessarily a reflection of long-term or ongoing conditions at that facility.
