The pharmacy renewal period is now open. All renewing pharmacies must first register in the new Facilities Licensing Portal before logging in to renew their license.

Important Steps:

1. Register your facility before accessing the renewal portal: Facilities Registration Portal.

2. Once registered, log in to renew your pharmacy license: Facility Licensing Portal.

 

Important Information:

• For individuals who hold a health professional license, the facility license email cannot be linked to the same email address used for the pharmacy.
