(Washington, DC) – The DC Department of Health (DOH) announced today that during the month of February, several of its Administrations will be relocating to new and improved space at 899 North Capitol Street, NE. 899 North Capitol Street, NE is conveniently located near Union Station for easy access by Metro. Most moves will occur after business hours however, some administrative offices will close temporarily to accommodate the move to the upgraded spaces.
The DOH Health Regulation and Licensing Administration (HRLA), located at 717 14th Street, NW will temporarily close its administrative offices on February 25 for two business days in order to accommodate the transition to the new location. All health professional and licensing services will resume on Tuesday, March 1, and future inquiries, registration, licensing and renewal services will be conducted on the first floor of 899 North Capitol Street NE.
By continuing to consolidate DOH Administrations in redesigned, state of the art workspaces, we will increase efficiencies and our capacity to serve the residents of the District of Columbia as One City working together to ensure the public health and safety of all who come to work, live and play in the District.
