The DC Department of Health Administrative Offices will close at 12 noon on Thursday, October 27, 2011 in preparation for employee training.  All DOH licensing, clinical, birth and death certificate services will be closed at noon and will resume normal business hours at 8:30 am on Friday, October 28.
