On January 25, 2023, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced its initiation of the prosecution of individuals involved in a scheme selling false and fraudulent nursing diplomas. All the nursing programs have been closed. Un-Approved Nursing Education Programs
Applicants who attended a PN/RN nursing education program at any of the nursing programs listed in the document below will not meet minimum qualifications for licensure as a PN/RN in the District of Columbia.
