About the Program 

• As part of its commitment to service excellence, DC Health is making available to its patients a new product called DC Adhere, a mobile application that is designed to help patients with the following:

1. Get access to and manage their medications and appointments in one place

2. Review medications / appointments and add reminders to avoid missing important medications / appointments

3. Get timely alerts for dose reminders, refills, program enrollment and eligibility

4. Access patient's member card 24- hours, 7 days a week via the app
